These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tilt Ball Maze App ("the App"), operated by Mr.Oleski ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Tilt Ball Maze App is a gravity puzzle game where users guide a rolling ball through maze levels using device motion controls.

The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

2. Gameplay and Motion Controls

Gameplay may depend on your device sensors, settings, operating system, and hardware condition. Motion controls, ball movement, level behavior, scores, progress, or other gameplay elements may vary between devices.

We do not guarantee that any level, control response, score, saved progress, or gameplay feature will be accurate, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

You are responsible for using the App safely and for paying attention to your surroundings while playing.

3. Progress and Local Data

Saved data may be lost if you delete the App, reset your device, clear local storage, or install certain updates.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to gameplay issues, lost progress, scores, device issues, interruptions, data loss, or reliance on App features.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized way.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
