These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sunset Predictor App ("the App"), operated by Mr.Oleski ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Sunset Predictor App helps users estimate sunset viewing conditions for selected locations. The App may provide a sunset quality score, rating, local time information, weather details, and related forecast-based information.

The App is intended for general informational and planning purposes only.

2. Forecast Accuracy

Sunset predictions and weather-based scores are estimates only. They may be based on weather forecast data such as cloud cover, rain probability, visibility, humidity, and other environmental factors.

Predictions may be more reliable when generated closer to the actual sunset time, because weather conditions and forecasts can change during the day.

We do not guarantee that any sunset quality score, weather forecast, visibility estimate, local time, or other prediction will be accurate, complete, or available at all times.

Weather conditions can change quickly. You are responsible for checking local conditions and using your own judgment before traveling, taking photographs, or making plans based on the App.

3. Location Selection

The App may allow you to choose locations on a map to generate sunset predictions. You are responsible for selecting the correct location.

The App may use coordinates, map data, or weather data from third-party providers. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

4. Recent Searches

The App may save recent searches to help you quickly reopen previous predictions. Depending on the App version, recent searches may be stored locally on your device.

You may be able to clear recent searches through the App or by deleting the App from your device.

5. Language and Localization

The App may support multiple languages. Translations are provided for convenience. If translated text differs from the English version of these Terms, the English version will apply unless local law requires otherwise.

6. No Safety, Travel, or Professional Advice

The App does not provide professional weather, safety, travel, emergency, photography, navigation, or legal advice.

You should not rely on the App for safety-critical decisions, severe weather decisions, travel safety, emergency planning, aviation, marine navigation, hiking safety, or any other activity where inaccurate weather or location information could cause harm.

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be governed by Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom license agreement applies.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's applicable terms, Apple's terms may apply where required.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices, operating systems, or regions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr.Oleski will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to inaccurate predictions, missed sunsets, travel costs, photography plans, weather changes, data loss, device issues, or reliance on forecast information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized way.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
